Field Lead Generation Job Opportunities Available

Are you an outgoing person? Are you high energy? Do you like making money? Tristate Roofing, Inc. wants you to join our Field Lead Generator team as a Full-Time Field Lead Generator! Earn $18 - $20 per hour (DOE) with Bonuses and Commissions! Applicants should be clean cut, well groomed and have excellent communication skills. Reliable and on-time applicants needed. Responsibilities include: meeting with the public at their homes and initiating discussion of the services you are promoting (roofing & gutters; windows & doors & siding). You don’t have to sell anything! You offer free estimates to homeowners. We do the selling. Must be flexible to work Saturdays.

This is a physically active position, meaning you must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time throughout the workday.

We are also seeking to fill a full time Canvas Van Manager position. Must be 25 years old and have a clean driving record. $22.00 to $25.00 per hour (DOE) with Bonuses and Commissions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• ·Go door to door within a targeted neighborhood or locality, generating new business leads with residents
• Collect data on your contacts for future lead generation outreach
• Quickly bridge personal or conversational gaps to create genuine rapport
• You do not have to sell anything!
• Just set appointments!
• We will do all the selling!
• We offer free estimates to Homeowners.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to get to and from office (in Tacoma ) each work day
• Cell phone
