Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Performance Bonuses

This is not a “show up and clock in” role, this is about taking full ownership of your impact inside P-Fit’s proven system.

The Role:
You’ll be the face of our workouts, the energy in the room, and a driving force behind member retention and growth. You’ll be working with P-Fit’s clients, using P-Fit’s systems, and representing P-Fit’s brand, while pushing yourself to make the business stronger every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-energy group and personal training sessions using P-Fit’s proven methods.

• Engage with clients before, during, and after sessions to keep retention high.

• Actively contribute to business growth through referrals, events, and community outreach.

• Follow our systems to protect client relationships and maintain brand consistency.
