Job Description

This fixed site position is responsible for accurately screening donors, performing phlebotomy, monitoring donors and emergency care of donors. While this is "Fixed Site Position", interested employees must also be able and willing to travel to all fixed sites and mobiles. $18 an hour Hours: •Full-time Ewing Twp Hours: M-8A-3P (Every other Monday, alternate weeks as Saturday) T, Th, & Sun-Closed W- 12P-7p F-8A-3P Sat-6:30A-1P (Every other Saturday, alternate weeks as Monday) Locations: Easton: 2925 William Penn Hwy #105, Easton, PA 18045 Pittston: 400 PA 315 Ste E., Pittston, PA 18640 Ewing Township, NJ Qualifications : Must be Trima trained or willing to become Trima trained. •Maintain Trima competency •Excellent customer service skills •Excellent Phlebotomy skills •Low error rate •Excellent attendance and performance records •Ability and proven record to follow all MKBC SOP's and procedures * Current Valid Driver's License is preferred GREAT Benefits: •Generous health coverage with a low deductible of $500.00 •Payment to employee if they are covered under alternative insurance ($330-$375 stipend paid out quarterly) •Tuition Reimbursement •Fitness/Gym Membership- Up to $35/month reimbursement for membership to fitness center of employee's choice •403b Retirement Plan- .
