Qualifications

• Proven Leadership : Minimum of 5 years of management experience in food safety and quality within a high-risk environment.
• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience : Over 5 years in food processing, including at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment under USDA and/or FDA regulations.

• Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to FDA requirements and oversee plant compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Quality Assurance Integration : Lead the integration of quality assurance and food safety processes to align with business objectives, including certifications and audits.
• Team Leadership : Develop and coach a high-performance team, focusing on communication, development, and succession planning.
