Pamlico Packing Co., Inc. is seeking a dedicated Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to ensure the highest standards of food safety and sanitation for the company and our customers. Responsibilities: Develop and implement food safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits. Train staff on proper food handling and sanitation practices. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Manage pest control and sanitation programs. Investigate and resolve food safety incidents. Qualifications: ~2-3 years of experience in food safety management. ~ Food safety certifications preferred. ~ Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and HACCP certified. ~ Excellent communication and training skills. ~ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
