Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Thief River Falls, MN

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $19/hr Weekly Pay

Overview

Join a fast-paced production plant as a Forklift Operator, responsible for picking and delivering parts from the warehouse to the production line. You'll operate a forklift ~70% of the time and handle manual loading and inventory tasks using printed pick sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a high-traffic warehouse
• Pick and deliver parts, hardware, and subassemblies
• Perform inventory counts and assist with truck unloading
• Follow pick sheets to locate bins and delivery points

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or equipment operation experience--willing to consider other equipment operation experience
• Ability to read pick sheets and identify part numbers
• Basic reading/writing skills; RF scanner experience a plus

Work Environment

• Production plant with high material turnover
• Schedule: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM; occasional Fridays
• Holiday inventory work required
• PPE: Steel-toed boots and safety glasses

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
