About the Role:

As a Forklift Operator at Kolb-Lena Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibility will be to safely operate a forklift and pallet jacks to transport goods safely and accurately. This position requires a keen attention to detail to ensure that all items are handled according to safety protocols and company quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and reporting any issues to ensure optimal performance. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating various types of forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate loading and unloading of products.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records of material movements.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of forklifts and other equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet production deadlines.
