Search Technology is proud to be the exclusive recruitment partner for an innovative early-stage AI Cyber Security start-up that has recently secured a significant seed funding round. Founded by a former security expert from Tesla, SpaceX, and Microsoft, this company is on a mission to redefine cybersecurity capabilities.

Search Technology is now assembling a world-class founding engineering team to build out a platform that will define a whole new set of capabilities in the Cyber realm. We are hiring 1x Lead Engineers as well as an initial team of 4 across Mid, Senior & Staff levels.

We are looking for engineers with a mix of experience across Full stack, AI Engineering, Platform/Infra etc.

🔑 What You'll Need

• 4.5+ years of experience building, ideally with a blend of 0 - 1 experience and Big Tech/FAANG
• Experience working across the stack, Tech stack is flexible - but will most likely be Python/Go backend
• Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance architectures
• Strong Cloud experience
• A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset, excelling in fast-paced startup environments
• Passion for AI & Cybersecurity, thriving at the intersection of automation and security
• Excellent communication skills, confident at speaking to stakeholders at different levels
