• Up to 26/hr. based on experience\n\t
• Schedule – Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm \n\t
• Location – Houston, TX – Onsite\n

\n What’s a typical day like? You’ll be: \n\n

\n\t
• Responsible for greeting and registering guests, as well as tracking visits.\n\t
• Providing general information to the public and licensees\n\t
• Assisting with inventory and restocking office supplies.\n\t
• Receiving, and distributing incoming packages including temperature sensitive packages that need appropriate storage.\n\t
• Coordinate site conference room, office, and collaborative hub bookings.

\n This job might be an outstanding fit for those who: \n\n

\n\t
• Bachelor’s Degree required.\n\t
• 2-4 plus years of related experience required.\n\t
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \n\t
• Strong work ethic, professional and detailed oriented. \n\t
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.\n\t
• Self-motivated individual that is ready to take on many functions of operations. \n\t
• Possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. \n
