REQUIREMENTS:High energy, passion-filled, and independently motivated.Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skillsGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retailTech proficient with the ability to learn and use multiple software systemsAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayCapable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesOccasional travel may be required for local eventsThe position's required hours include: 5 am-10 am, flexibility for pm shifts, and one weekend per week. RESPONSIBILITIES:Friendly greeter and check-in for members and 1st-time rowersManage the sales process from lead, follow-up, sale close, and ongoing touchpointsDeliver exceptional 1st-time rower experience, which includes tasks like booking appointments, studio tours, sharing rowing knowledge and benefits, and ultimately signing them up for a membership.Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales productionParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubManage member milestone process, including taking photos and sharing them on social mediaEnsure the studio is clean and tidyOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS:Competitive base hourly rate based on experienceFree or discounted studio perksOpportunity for bonus based on performance
