Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both frontend and backend development, a passion for building robust and scalable applications, and a desire to work on impactful projects. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing our platform, working with a team of talented engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance backend services using Django.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience working with Django.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployment processes.
• Expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with frontend frameworks: React and React Native
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and serverless computing.
• Background in finance is a plus
