AmLaw 200 Firm is looking to hire an attorney to work in their Government Contracting Practice Group!
Responsibilities include:
Advising government contractors regarding their contracts with federal agencies, including, but not limited to, compliance and regulatory issues; drafting and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers performing on government contracts; counseling clients on claims and disputes involving government contracts, including preparing and prosecuting requests for equitable adjustment and claims; and assisting clients with bid protests.
While they work in a wide range of industries, prior work involving the construction industry is preferred but not required.
Office is in downtown DC
