Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Design Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design and a keen eye for detail. As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including digital and print media.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the design team in creating and editing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and social media graphics.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative design concepts and solutions.
• Help maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
• Conduct research on design trends and best practices to improve the company's visual presence.
• Communicate and coordinate with external vendors for printing and production needs.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing project timelines, and maintaining design archives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus.
