JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Graphic Designer at our Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD!

We are seeking a motivated and creative Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our talented Creative Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and supporting visual assets for one of our key brands while assisting with miscellaneous design projects across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual who is eager to grow their graphic design skills in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Ownership : Design and maintain visual assets for one assigned brand, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all materials.
• Creative Design : Create graphics for digital and print platforms, including social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the Creative Marketing team, including other graphic designers, social media specialists, and content creators, to develop cohesive visual campaigns.
• Miscellaneous Projects : Support various design projects for the organization, including internal communication materials and other branded requirements.
• Feedback Integration : Revise and refine designs based on team feedback and evolving project needs.
• Innovation : Stay current on design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team to elevate brand visuals and storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with Adobe XD, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including typography, layout, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and feedback.
