Job Description

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As a Graphic Designer at Liberty Energy, you will play a pivotal role in creating visual materials for our marketing and branding efforts, as well as internal communications. You'll collaborate with various team members to develop compelling graphics, layouts, and designs for both print and digital media, ensuring they align with our brand standards. Additionally, you'll assist in maintaining our website content and contribute to the creative process under the guidance of senior designers.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with website content management systems (WordPress)
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and typography
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a graphic design role or related field
  • Willingness to expand design knowledge and skillset

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Provides graphic design support for all brands, including: Liberty Energy, LPI, PropX, Freedom Proppant, and Bettering Human Lives Foundation
  • Implements existing brand standards into new designs that elevate and enhance brand image.
  • Manages website content and updates for brands.
  • Develops marketing materials to support advertisements and sponsorships.
  • Provides graphic design support for internal teams, including social media posts, event signage and graphics, document templates, PowerPoint presentations, stickers, posters, and other assets.
  • Supports corporate communications creating marketing collateral and other materials to support the company’s brand and messaging.
  • Develops and designs a quarterly company newsletter and department newsletters.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure that designs meet their needs and branding standards.
  • Manages projects from conception to final production, seeking out clarification and assistance from other departments as needed.
  • Maintains and organizes graphic design files and assets.
  • Manages print production process for print materials, including selecting printers, reviewing proofs, and ensuring that final products meet quality standards.
  • Stays up to date with design and company industry trends – continually learns about new trends, best practices, and developments in the company’s industry to ensure that visual communications remain relevant and effective.

COMPENSATION :

Graphic Designer I Range: $50,000/Yr - $75,000/Yr, 1-3 YOE

Graphic Designer II Range: $70,000/Yr - $90,000/Yr, 3+ YOE
