We provide secure, high-quality language support in more than 80 languages for USCIS and other federal agencies. We are seeking Greek Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support our USCIS contract. Greek is an important European language often requested in immigration, asylum, and naturalization cases. Responsibilities Provide real-time Greek–English telephonic interpretation for USCIS officers, applicants, and stakeholders. Deliver services with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism. Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with USCIS/DHS interpreter standards. Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge calls. Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and quality assurance reviews. Qualifications Native or near-native fluency in Greek and English. 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, community, or government preferred). Familiarity with interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity. Strong telephone communication skills and ability to remain accurate under pressure. Must be a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident eligible for Tier 3/Tier 5 federal clearance. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $25–30/hour. Remote work with secure USCIS-approved platforms.
