Overview Grounds and Maintenance Associate role at MPW Industrial Services. The position is responsible for the assistance and maintenance of projects, lawn work, and various other duties. Responsibilities Removes trash from all shop. Operates floor scrubber. Handles miscellaneous yard work. Removes snow in winter using a snowplow and distributes salt. Performs miscellaneous janitorial work. Performs various maintenance projects such as painting, lighting, and other tasks. Performs other duties as directed. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Some High School education acceptable. Ability to work in a detailed and safe manner. Ability to operate forklift, skid loader, backhoe, zero turn mover, standup mover, and snowplow. Use of certain cleaning chemicals. Ability to read and understand labels and written and verbal directions. 3-5 years of grounds and maintenance experience.
