Healthcare Office Manager – Medford, OR | $23–$28/hr + Benefits
Location: Medford, Oregon
Pay: $23–$28 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person | W2 + Benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Reports To: Operations Manager
About Aspire Caregiving
Aspire Caregiving is a growing home care agency dedicated to enhancing the lives of clients and caregivers across Oregon. We’re currently seeking a Healthcare Office Manager to lead our Medford office.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and lead a team of 2–4 onsite employees
Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
Audit and maintain client and caregiver files in WellSky and OneDrive
Track and follow up on KPIs, reports, and compliance logs
Conduct staff check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews
Collaborate with recruiting, scheduling, and nursing departments
Manage office supplies, billing, and facility upkeep
Support hiring, onboarding, and staff training
Assist with disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
Occasionally assist with care visits or caregiver orientations
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or office management
Proven ability to supervise, coach, and motivate staff
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WellSky or Viventium a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
