Commission-Only Sales Representative - Social Media Agency

Office Location: Downtown Tampa.

No office hours required can be done all remote full time or part-time.

Our content packages help businesses enhance their online presence with high-quality, engaging social media content. As part of our team, you will be responsible for selling these packages to businesses looking to boost their visibility and engagement online.

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated, commission-only sales representatives to join our team. This is a fully remote position if needed, offering flexible work hours and high earning potential based on performance. You will mainly sell our social media content packages, the most popular packages are priced at $300, $500, and $750 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect and generate new leads for potential business clients.
  
• Sell social media content subscription packages to businesses.
  
• Build relationships and close deals with potential clients to meet weekly sales targets.
  
• Effectively communicate the value of our social media content packages to clients.
  

Compensation Structure Example Breakdown:

• 50% commission for 1 sale per week:
  

  • $150 on a $300 package
    
  • $250 on a $500 package
    
  • $375 on a $750 package
    

• 60% commission for 2 sales per week:
  

  • $180 on each $300 package
    
  • $300 on each $500 package
    
  • $450 on each $750 package
    

• 75% commission for 4 sales per week:
  

  • $225 on each $300 package
    
  • $375 on each $500 package
    
  • $562.50 on each $750 package
    

You keep 100% of your earned commission from the first payment of each new client.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or a similar field.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
  
• Reliable access to a computer and internet for remote work.
