Overview Highly technical 3+ Year Service Plumbers/Drain Techs – Join 1-Tom-Plumber Franchise HQ in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte County. This franchise operates with a 24/7 emergency response model and focuses on preventing floods and repairing plumbing issues, including drain cleaning and water leak repairs. Responsibilities Produce "5 Star" client experiences by applying your technical skills and personable approach. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and rapidly respond to plumbing emergencies. Maintain effective communication with the dispatch office to maximize daily service calls. Use ServiceTitan to update progress and stay informed throughout the day. Keep uniforms clean and maintain equipment and vehicle in good condition. Assist with on-site plumbing tasks ranging from drain cleaning to water leak repairs and other related duties as needed. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a service plumber and/or drain cleaner in residential and commercial settings. Good Motor Vehicle Record and ability to pass background checks. Tech-savvy; comfortable following plumbing codes and protocols. Ability to read blueprints/schematics is a plus; experience with multiple jetters and excavators is a plus. Strong customer service orientation; clean, professional appearance; team player. What You’ll Be Doing Deliver exceptional customer experiences using your technical and interpersonal skills. Engage in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergencies. Collaborate with dispatch to optimize service calls and maintain clear communication.
