Salary:

Highway Striping Crew Laborer

Highway Graphics, a leading highway striping contractor in Louisiana and Arkansas, is seeking motivated and dependable Crew Laborers for striping operations. Prior experience is preferred but not required we provide on-the-job training for candidates committed to developing their skills in the construction industry.

Position Overview:TheHighway Striping Crew Laborerperforms a variety of manual tasks involved in highway striping, including preparing job sites, handling equipment and materials, and supporting striping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform generalconstruction -related labor tasksacross all phases of highway striping operations.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain construction job sites.
• Safely usehand toolssuch as shovels, rakes, and brooms.
• Assist withtraffic control and safety proceduresas needed.

Job Requirements:

• Flexible availability Primarily daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, but frequent Saturdays could be required with occasional Sunday and nighttime work required.
• Dependable attendance and punctualityare essential.
• Ability to effectivelyfollow instructionsfrom supervisors and senior crew members.
• Priorhighway striping or construction experiencepreferred but not required.

• Ability to pass apre-employment drug screening.
• Valid drivers licensepreferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
