🎨 Now Hiring: Industrial Painter Trainees

📍Location: McConnellsburg, PA

🕒Training Shift: 1st Shift (7–10 weeks)

🌙Post-Training Shift:2nd Shift (3 PM – 11 PM)

💵Pay:

• $17/hr during training
• $22.75/hr after certification
• Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Learn and master industrial spray painting techniques
• Operate overhead cranes to position parts safely
• Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Maintain high-quality standards and a clean workspace
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Pass the Painter Qualification Test and recertify as needed
• Rotate through various production areas based on demand

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
