Job Description

Seeking Nurse Practitioner to join team in southwest Iowa to work in a split Hospitalist/ED capacity. 2 years ED experience required.

• Hospital employed position
• Schedule: 4 day work week Tues – Fri 10 hour days. If works ED coverage then we offer 3 12 hour shifts (Wed, Thurs, Fri)
• No call
• Team size: 2 family physician, 6 NPs, each provider has their own nurse.
• Patient volume: 15-18 per day ED is 4-6 per day, Hospital 3-4 per day. If doing ED you only see acute urgent care type patients.
• Pay range: $62.16-$92.62 depending on years of experience
• Benefits: Full benefits if at least 60 hours per pay period.
• Sign-on
• $5,000 quality bonus each year.
• EPIC
