The successful applicant for this Hotel Sales Manager position will be responsible for contracting and oversight of individual & group sales! The Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with current customers and prospect for new customers.

Hotel Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement sales plans to drive revenue and meet established goals.
• Monitor progress of sales efforts and adjust strategies when necessary.
• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for opportunity.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, housekeeping, food & beverage and maintenance,

Hotel Sales Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• AA or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Outgoing personality with the skills to prospect new business, problem-solve, overcome objections and close deals.
• Demonstrate time management, organizational and persuasive sales skills to close individual and group sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
