Program Leadership:
Manage and administer programs funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Columbia Community Land Trust.
Employee Supervision:
Lead and evaluate a team of employees, overseeing training, development, and performance while fostering a culture of collaboration.
Strategic Partnerships:
Work closely with city officials, financial institutions, developers, and nonprofit organizations to identify housing needs and implement affordable housing strategies.
Community Engagement:
Promote awareness of affordable housing initiatives through media outreach, presentations, and education programs.
Grant Administration and Compliance:
Monitor HUD regulations, ensure compliance with NEPA environmental reviews, and manage federal reporting requirements.
Policy Development:
Prepare legislative proposals and reports to support housing and redevelopment policies.
