Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruiting and onboarding new hires.
Support employee records management and HR documentation.
Help coordinate training sessions, team events, and engagement activities.
Assist in benefits administration and answering employee inquiries.
Conduct research on HR best practices and help improve internal processes.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔️ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✔️ Ability to multi-task and maintain confidentiality.
✔️ A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
