Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Klingerstown, PA

Hiring an on-site HR Manager to serve as a key link between plant leadership and employees, promoting positive workplace relations, reinforcing cultural values, and supporting business objectives. The HR Manager uses data to drive accountability, improve organizational effectiveness, and support continuous improvement efforts. The HR Manager also participates in centralized HR initiatives that impact multiple locations and leads HR projects at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the effectiveness of human resources programs by creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement, workplace climate, and working conditions.
  • Evaluate HR policies and programs by visiting production areas and speaking with employees about concerns and needs.
  • Lead and guide the onsite HR team by setting priorities and goals, providing coaching, and ensuring alignment with both HR and operational plans.
  • Administer organizational policies and procedures, as well as any applicable collective bargaining agreements.
  • Provide guidance, counseling, and conflict resolution support on employee issues through consultation, fact-finding, and investigations with employees and supervisors, applying policies and recommending appropriate outcomes.
  • Partner with HR to assess, design, and implement employee development and training programs
  • Review employee records to verify completeness and accuracy, and approve updates or changes when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar HR leadership role.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Solid understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds, and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with HR information systems and payroll, including time and attendance systems
