Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Details
We are looking for a great HR Specialist or Manager who can be a hands on contributor to both subsidiaries within our company in the HR capacity:
Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment and provider coordination
Process payroll accurately and timely
Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
Ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare required reports
Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, performance management, and personnel documentation
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
3+ years HR experience
Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems -- Paycom or paycor is beneficial but not required
Strong understanding of employment regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
