Alber Service Company in Pennsauken, NJ is looking to hire an entry-level full-time HVAC Apprentice to assist our experienced HVAC Technicians while learning the trade. Are you mechanically-inclined? Alber Service Company is a family-owned, New Jersey-based home heating and cooling contractor with over half a century of experience. Back in 1960, we opened our doors to our heating and cooling business, providing simple installs and maintenance services for furnaces, air conditioners, and water heaters. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC APPRENTICE
As an entry-level HVAC Apprentice, you are eager to learn! You ask questions, observe, and emulate the values we adhere to here at Alber Service Company. You go out in the field with HVAC Technicians and help with the installation of heating, cooling, and water heating equipment, as well as residential air sealing and insulation. As you assist them, they mentor and train you on everything from how to talk with customers to how to properly service equipment.
You are a hard worker who does whatever is asked of you and pays close attention to what you're being taught. You enjoy interacting with customers and fellow employees. Some of your time is spent taking classes and continuing to expand your HVAC knowledge and skills. You are excited to be part of our apprenticeship program and can't wait to advance in this stable and well-paid career as an HVAC Technician!

QUALIFICATIONS
Skill in using tools and equipment is preferred, but not required. Are you an energetic go-getter? Do you have great attention to detail? Are you eager to learn? Can you follow directions and specific instructions? Are you able to quickly adapt? Are you honest and respectful of others and their property?
