Job Description
We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! We have recently purchased more properties and need to add to our already established team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. THIS IS NOT AN HVAC ONLY POSITION. When an HVAC issue arises, that would be the main focus. However, normal maintenance duties would be the bulk of the expectations. MUST be open to weekends and overtime as needed. PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE.
