As an Install Helper, you are the face of our brand, and the customer experience depends on you. Your goal is to offer superior service and build strong relationships with our customers while learning from our skilled Install Leads and assisting in completing repairs and installations.

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for assisting our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and Generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and Generator systems
• Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and Generator equipment when needed
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• No experience necessary, willing to train the right person
• Having a strong work ethic
• Able to lift 50 lbs on a continual basis
• Safety oriented
• Have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Able to pass background check
• Develop strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to go into crawl spaces or attics
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
