HVAC Service Manager

OBJECTIVE: To profitably manage the HVAC Service operations to include Sales, Installation and service in the area covering Colorado East from Vail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proposal activity and its profitability
  • Personnel hiring & identification of training needs
  • Soliciting and issuing subcontracts
  • Ordering of all equipment, receiving of said equipment and secure and insured storage of said equipment
  • Management of personnel and subcontracts
  • Management of projects
  • Coordination with Controls Department
  • Identification of License needs and assistance in satisfying those requirements
  • Code and regulation adherence of HVAC area
  • Identifying and executing what is necessary to get this operation off the ground and running.
  • Trucks and their maintenance

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary of $XXX,XXX per year. : 
  • Provided with a service vehicle
  • Health Insurance for employee only will be provided with the employee contributing 20% of the cost. Family coverage is the total responsibility of the employee.
  • Dental insurance paid by the company. Family coverage paid by employee.
  • Access to 401K fund for personal contributions. Company matches up to 4% of Salary
  • Use of a Laptop computer, property of ESCO plus docking station.
  • Cell phone
  • After 6 months, participation in an incentive program based on department financial performance.
