We are looking for an HVAC Service Manager to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service technicians for installation jobs, and service calls, Ensuring job completed or follow up scheduled
- Schedule routine preventative maintenance visits
- Respond to emergency requests
- Communicating with other team members and customers.
- Managing orders of parts and equipment
Qualifications:
- HVAC License in Connecticut
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Strong customer service skills
- Organizational skills and familiarity with basic computer skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
