► Job Description:
We are seeking an Import & Export Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in import and/or export operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics tasks efficiently.
► Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee import and export shipments (ocean & air), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Prepare and verify documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
- Handle import and export customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
- Monitor and track shipments, providing updates to clients and resolving any issues that may arise.
► Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in import and/or export operations
- Speaking in English is required; speaking in Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Tagalog is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
