Job Description

We are currently seeking an Independent Travel Agent for a contract, remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for making travel reservations and arrangements, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting and selling travel services to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients by making travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the travel booking process.
Promote and sell a variety of travel services tailored to client needs and preferences.
Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information.
Work independently in a remote setting, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Qualifications

Previous experience in making travel reservations and arranging itineraries.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to sell and promote travel services.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage your time effectively in a remote environment.
