Job Description

This opportunity is for a Paraprofessional role within a K-12 school setting located in Roselle, IL. This position is contracted for the full school year and offers a chance to contribute directly to the educational development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional support to students.
• Work with individual or small groups of students to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Help prepare instructional materials and facilitate activities.
• Monitor and report on students progress and behavior as directed.
• Collaborate with educators and other staff to meet student needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience or training as a Paraprofessional or similar educational support role.
• Ability to work effectively with children across K-12 grade levels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to education.
• Understanding of classroom procedures and educational programs is preferred.
