Job Summary

We are seeking an Insulation Installer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include keeping the worksite clean through the collection of loose insulation, operating insulation equipment, extracting and/or installing Insulation, or other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, willing to learn, and have the ability to meet the physical demands of the job and is a team player with the ability to complete tasks on their own.

Responsibilities 

• Provide assistance to co-workers
• Maintain a clean work environment 
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate Insulation equipment
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the Lead or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, and standing for long periods
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of insulation is preferred
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience is preferred but not necessary
