About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Head of Performance and Analytics to lead a team in the evaluation of business performance and the development of long-term strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for in-depth analysis of various business aspects, including sales performance, and will be the key point of contact for all business inquiries that require an analytical approach. This role demands a professional with a strong background in a marketing, analytics, or product-centered environment, with a focus on commercial aspects and performance optimization. While experience in the gambling/gaming industry is preferred, it is not mandatory. The Head of Performance and Analytics will also be tasked with managing a small team, so excellent communication and strong leadership skills are essential. Applicants for the Head of Performance and Analytics position at the company should be equipped with a skill set that includes a robust analytical mindset, the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, and experience in managing a team. The role requires a candidate with a proactive approach, the capacity to make a swift and significant impact, and the ability to work effectively in a market-leading organization. A background in a commercial, marketing, or analytical role, and experience in a related industry, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, be adept at working with big data, and be proficient in SQL and Google Analytics, with experience in tools such as Tableau or similar. A degree in a relevant field is also a plus.
