As part of our Mixed-Income Development team ("LMXD"), you will be aiding in the mission is to expand that focus and to develop transformative mixed-income, mixed-use projects with a focus on culture, community, and sustainability both within the New York region and across the country. This is an excellent opportunity for a smart, city-loving real estate development graduate student to join an entrepreneurial endeavor within an industry leading platform and to help grow a civically impactful and profitable business. During the ten-week program, interns will be expected to work independently and collectively as part of a team. An understanding of real estate finance is required (and successful applicants may be asked to demonstrate this through a brief exercise.). Specific duties will vary depending on the team but include tasks similar to these: Duties and Responsibilities: Collecting due diligence materials Financial analysis of a project or property Coordination of meetings of project teams Assisting with an RFP Site visits and market analysis Who We Want Must be 18 years of age or older. Pursuing a graduate college degree. Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, Investment, Urban Planning, Business majors preferred. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
