Equiturn’s Competitive Summer Internship Program is designed for ambitious, analytically strong individuals seeking direct exposure to high-stakes investment banking transactions. This program provides a rigorous, hands-on experience where interns will engage in live deal execution, financial modeling, and strategic advisory experience across M&A, capital markets, and corporate finance.

Program Overview:

Equiturn, a sector-agnostic investment bank, is offering a Competitive Investment Banking Summer Internship Program for highly motivated individuals seeking to refine their corporate finance skills. This in-person program, exclusively based in Brickell, Miami, provides unparalleled exposure to live transactions, financial modeling, and strategic advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Support: Assist senior bankers in executing live transactions, including M&A, capital raises, and advisory projects.
  • Financial Analysis: Develop and refine financial models, valuations, and presentations that support significant transactions.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with internal deal teams to create client-facing materials and presentations, honing your communication skills.
  • Training Participation: Engage in weekly training sessions designed to enhance technical and client-facing skills.

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques. Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is a plus.
