Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Orangeburg, SC 29115
Project Duration: One year, with potential for extension
Pay Rate: $22/hr.
Job Description: We are seeking two Desktop Support Technicians to join our team in Orangeburg, SC. The technicians will provide factory deskside, depot, or IT service center support in the problem isolation and repair of personal computing hardware. They will support both the factory environment and office areas within the building. Responsibilities include:
Supporting LAN hardware
Managing projectors
Handling local software loads
Performing file saves/restores
Conducting functional tests
Shifts:
First Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Second Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
need to be comfortable working in a factory and office environment
4x10s with a 30 minute break
Required Certifications:
A+ or Network+ preferred
Skills:
Networking knowledge and skills, covering topics like network infrastructure, security, and troubleshooting
