Position Overview:

AHED is seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Director to join our team. The successful candidate will manage our Google environment, address open tickets, and support our higher education software and technologies. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems and enhancing the educational experience for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain AHED's Google environment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support for higher education software and technologies used across the organization.
• Respond to and resolve open support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to understand their IT needs and provide solutions that enhance their work.
• Participate in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives that align with AHED's mission and goals.
• Conduct regular system audits and prepare reports on the status of the IT environment.
• Provide training and support to staff on the use of IT systems and software.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong expertise in managing Google environments.
• Familiarity with higher education software and technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

• This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday.
• Located at AHED's office in New Hope, PA.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year.
