Job Description

Full Stack Developer – JAVA, Angular and AWS #952802 and #954359

Hybrid (3x/week) Location: McLean, VA

Pay: $60-65/hr W2 + benefits (or $65-70 C2C)

Duration: 10-18 months (we expect this to be a long term role)

We have the exclusive opportunity to hire 4 full-stack Java, Angular, TypeScript Developers with AWS experience to engage in Communications Platform Upgrade projects.

Here's a breakdown of their skills:

Backend (JAVA):

Ability to code from scratch in Java
RESTful APIs: Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs to enable communication between the frontend and backend.
Database Management: Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Frontend (Angular/TypeScript):

Angular: Proficient in building dynamic and interactive user interfaces using the Angular framework. This includes knowledge of components, modules, services, routing, and data binding.
TypeScript: Strong understanding of TypeScript, the primary language used for Angular development.

Cloud: AWS

Common Skills:

Deployment: Knowledge of deploying web applications to cloud platforms, specifically AWS
Git: Version control system for managing code.
Agile/Scrum: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.

Role:

Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies
Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community
Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment
Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services
