About Client: The client provides information technology (IT) services, including business outsourcing, infrastructure technology, and application services. The application service offered by the company includes application development, maintenance, and support. The markets served by the company are financial services and insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, government, transportation, communications, and consumer and retail industries.
Salary Range: $150K-$160K/Annum Job Description: - We are seeking a talented and motivated JavaScript Developer with experience in Node.js to join our dynamic development team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in JavaScript, with a good understanding of back-end development using Node.js.
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript and Node.js.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to design and implement scalable and robust solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement responsive designs.
- Should be good experience with python.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciencexz, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of its core concepts and features.
- Experience with Node.js and related frameworks (e.g., Express.js).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
