Responsibilities: Assist experienced jewelers with various tasks such as polishing, cleaning, and repairing jewelry items. Learn and perform basic jewelry repair techniques, including resizing rings, soldering, and stone setting. Support the team in maintaining an organized workspace and keeping tools and materials in order. Help with the rhodium plating process to enhance the appearance and durability of white gold items. Assist in ensuring that each jewelry item is correctly identified and placed in the designated job bag. Qualifications: A strong interest in jewelry making and repair. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced jewelers. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
