Job Description

• Set the strategic goals for the company and ensure all departmental objectives align with those of the company.
• Oversee daily business operations, including financial management, human resources, business development, customer relations, risk management, and more.
• Communicate regularly with the board of directors and shareholders, reporting on the company's financial status, operational status, market trends, and other important information.
• Keep up-to-date on changes in federal and state compliance laws andregulations impacting the group of assigned compliance focus area(s),Oversee the company's compliance, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and industry standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, promoting the company's continuous growth and innovation.
• Lead and motivate employees, creating a positive work environment that promotes personal and professional development.
• Respond to emergencies, such as market risks, legal issues, public relations crises, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver increasde volume and elevated quality of internal and external communications.

• Extensive knowledge in equity, Securities Trading and Stock Clearing Company.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience in clearing companies, including serving as CEO, president, or other senior management positions.
• Needs to have outstanding leadership skills, able to lead and motivate teams to achieve the company's goals.
• Needs to have strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with employees, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Needs to have excellent decision-making skills, able to make wise business and strategic decisions under pressure.
• FINRA Series 7 24 licenses required.
• Based in Miami.
