About the Job

We seek a highly skilled plumber to lead plumbing projects, perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.

  • Lead plumbing projects, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Estimate materials, equipment, and labor costs for plumbing projects.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to discuss project requirements and progress.
  • Supervise junior plumbers and apprentices, clean up job sites, and dispose of waste materials properly.
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, cutting, threading, and bending pipes using advanced tools and techniques.
  • Troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to procure plumbing materials and equipment.
  • Keep accurate records of work performed and project progress.
  • Train and mentor junior plumbers, apprentices, and helpers.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience as a Plumber I or 5-10+ years in a plumbing role.
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices necessary.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing blueprints and technical drawings required.
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and tools essential.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities required.
