Job Description:

Ridgestone Plumbing is growing, and we're hiring experienced plumbers to join our team. We’re looking for plumbers with experience performing fast-paced, residential and commercial plumbing projects. The candidate needs to be an experienced, Idaho licensed journeyman plumber, with at least 2 years as a journeyman who has worked on multifamily, lite commercial, T.I.’s, etc…

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay up to $45/hour (depending on experience)
• We provide 100% medical, dental, vision, short disability, long term disability, and life insurance after a training and probation period.
• 1 Weeks Paid Time off after first year of full-time employment
• 2 Weeks Paid Time off after second year of full-time employment
• 7 paid holidays (8-hour days) after training and probation period. (New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day)
• Enjoy 3 day weekends with a 4/10 schedule

Background and Experience:

• You need to hold a Idaho Journeyman license qualified and have least 2 years’ of experience as a journeyman in commercial and residential plumbing (Multifamily, Lite Commercial, TI’s, etc…)

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Utilize hand and power tools to perform plumbing tasks efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements.
• Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct field service inspections and troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise.
• Adhere to safety standards and practices while performing heavy lifting and welding tasks.
