Getting to Know the Opportunity:
This role is a part of our Voya Investment Management (Voya IM) Entry Level Analyst Program. This program, which will begin in July 2025, is designed to develop the careers of entry level employees and provide you with the unique opportunity to begin your career in your respective fields while gaining hands-on experience and formal development and training. The program will include working with all internal groups, loan production, legal, servicing, risk portfolio and asset management. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be finalized with your manager.
The Contributions You'll Make:
- Assist with the development and analysis of investment proposals.
- Assist in the underwriting, committee approvals, drafting and acceptance of commitments.
- Assist in the loan closing process including lease review, third party reports, estoppels and SNDA's.
- Work closely with risk management and asset management teams to maintain existing portfolio; involves review and market underwriting of current assets to monitor any existing or future risks.
- Work with the servicing team on maintaining on book assets.
- Work with the portfolio management team on maintaining investor relations.
- Participate in industry courses and seminars to increase skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and offer solutions.
- Travel occasionally to markets for property and marketing tours.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Applicants must be graduating with an undergraduate degree in December 2024/Spring 2025.
- College Degree with Major in Real Estate.
- Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred).
- Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Knowledge of Argus and other analytical software applications.
- Analytical background.

Compensation Pay Disclosure:
Voya is committed to pay that's fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities.
The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
$70,000 USD plus bonus
