This role focuses on data operations and analytics to enhance our connectivity with providers. As a Junior Data Engineer, you will be involved in the design, development, and management of data solutions on modernized, cloud-based technology platforms approved by the enterprise. Job Responsibilities: + Assist in the development and optimization of data architectures and pipelines. + Participate in the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a variety of data sources using SQL and cloud-based big data technologies. + Support the implementation of data flow processes to enhance data accessibility and reliability across applications. + Collaborate with team members to integrate data-driven analytics into our performance management products. + Contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes to ensure efficient data handling and security. Required Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, data science, or a related field. + Exposure to data engineering tools and platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud-based environments. + Experience with SQL and familiarity with programming languages such as Python or Scala. + Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. + Eagerness to learn and contribute to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences through data-driven insights.
